Distributor
New start!
Maybe you want to rejoin?
We contacted you with an e-mail, because you’ve been involved in our recruitment process before. We might have something new to offer. Or perhaps your situation in working market has changed and you want to think about again joining to PKS Jakelu as a delivery person.
We have open vacancies in Helsinki, Vantaa and Espoo areas. There is a possibility to work in the evening shift if it suits your needs better. We are also opening new bicycle routes in different areas.
About Us
We are a private mail delivery company operating in Helsinki, Vantaa and Espoo areas. We deliver letters, magazines and small packages sent by companies. The products to be distributed are pre-sorted according to the optimal distribution order, which is tracked from electric delivery book.
The work is suitable for a person who has a driver's license and a car available for distribution work and is ready to work five days a week. Knowledge of the Helsinki metropolitan area is also a big advantage on distribution routes. The work is independent and self-distributed at your own pace
Distributors job
We are offering a permanent job for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. The work is normally done on a daytime, starting between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., but there is a possibility to work in the evening shift starting a bit later.
The work is done with your own vehicle. Most of the delivery routes are car delivery routes, but we are also opening some bicycle routes. The routes are starting from pick up points which are located near the starting point of the routes.
Salary
We comply with the collective agreement between the Medialiitto and the Teollisuusliitto, which ensures that you are insured during working hours, you receive occupational health care and the accumulation of paid holidays.
The wages paid for the distribution work are based on collective agreement and Tax-free kilometre allowance is paid for the use of your own car. Payment day is twice a month.
On top of the normal salary we have a bonus system, which gives you some extra money, if your work relation lasts longer.
Training
The work starts with a 2-day paid training period, after which an independent training begins. Once the work has been learned, working time can be defined by a district time model in which every route has daily working time. You are paid by full route time even if you work faster than the route time. The aim is to enable the distributor to earn as much money as possible by doing a lot of work. If you want to gain more hours, there is a possibility to do extra routes.
